State Funding for Roads Is Radio Interview Topic

Mike Nystrom, co-chair of the Michigan Transportation Team and Vice President of Government and Public Relations for the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association, participated in a statewide radio tour March 26.

Nystrom highlighted funding needs on more than 15 stations statewide. The radio tour continues March 29 and April 2.

The Michigan Transportation Team (MTT) recently announced an online petition drive for citizens who are tired of driving on pothole-riddled streets. Although the petition is non-binding and will not change the law, the names of petition signers will be presented to state policymakers to demonstrate the level of support in Michigan for investing in our state’s infrastructure.
